After developing his hardscaping knowledge and skills for five years, Junior Morais, CEO and Co-Founder of Atlas Pavers, saw an opportunity in the market. Then he asked the question that launches small businesses: Why not? He said, “I’m already doing the job. Why not do it for myself?” That was in 2011 and, after meeting his business partner Candido Silva, they launched Atlas Pavers in March 2012.
Now, Junior is truly passionate about making his customers happy. He likes to say, “That’s personal to me. I put my heart in it.” As Atlas grew, it became impossible for Junior to be everywhere at once. So, Altas developed a system of text threads and apps that allow Junior to stay informed on their many projects.
When he’s not working, Junior spends time with his family and enjoys learning new skills from books. In fact, he currently speaks three languages and is working on a fourth.
